Delores Hartgrove leads Legacy Community Development Foundation as its Founding Executive Director. With deep roots in the community and a heart for service, she is committed to building an organization grounded in relationships, integrity, and lasting impact.
Her focus is on listening first — connecting with residents, leaders, and organizations to understand the needs of the community and build the partnerships that will guide the foundation's work.
